Handicap accessible seating is available at various locations throughout Lea County Event Center and Fairgrounds. Handicap seating is available to the patron with the disability and one guest. ADA parking is available for guests with disabilities and is accessible form the main entrance and the banquet hall entrance. To purchase handicap accessible seating, please call 575-391-2900.
Banners and signs are permitted as long as they do not block the view of others, interfere with the event, contain advertising of any form, present a safety hazard or contain political or obscene material. Banners may not be affixed with any type of material that is permanent in nature or that alters the facility in any manner. Poles and sticks are prohibited. Building management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign. Signs may also be prohibited, if requested by the event.
For most events, at the request of the artists and/or leagues, small point & shoot cameras are allowed. Professional cameras (specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash) are not permitted. The Lea County Event Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event.
Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during all events.
In the event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on our website (www.LeaCountyEvents.com). If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase.
Children twenty-four months and older must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to events at Lea County Events Center & Fairgrounds. Children under twenty-four months of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent or guardian’s lap. Please note: some events will require all attendees regardless of age to present a ticket for entry into Lea County Events Center & Fairgrounds. Please check the event’s ticket policies at the time of purchase.
The First Aid Station at Lea County Events Center is located on the main concourse behind section P. At the Fairgrounds, the First Aid Station is located at the main office. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available officer or staff member for assistance.
The Lea County Events Center guest services station is located at the ticket office. Here you can obtain information, offer suggestions, voice concerns and request assistance during events.
Distribution of any printed materials or selling of any items is prohibited on the Lea County Event Center & Fairgrounds including the parking lots, walkways, and inside the facility unless permission from Lea County Events Center & Fairgrounds management has been granted.
During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items at the front office. For inquiries following an event, please call 575-391-2900 during normal business hours.
Lost children should be escorted to the front office. In the event that you become separated from your child or a member of your party, you will also want to visit the front office for assistance.
The Lea County Event Center can hold 1,500 cars in the parking lots surrounding the building. There are 12 handicapped parking spaces near the main entrance, 13 spaces near the banquet hall entrance, and an additional 8 near the south entrance smoking doors.
We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal-detecting hand wands upon entry. For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Items NOT Permitted:
- Helium balloons
- No adhesive tape on walls, seats or any equipment in the arena
- Nails and screws are not to be driven into the SASC’s floor, ceilings, chairs and walls
- Vehicles are not permitted in the facility without prior written approval.
- Backpacks/oversized bags
- Outside food or beverage
- Animals or Pets
- Laser Pointers
- Weapons (knives, guns, spikes, chains etc.)
- Drugs or Drug Paraphernalia
- Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
- Electronic cigarettes / vape pens inside facility
- Flags/Signs with poles
- Noisemakers such as air horns
- Pepper spray/Mace
- Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management
- If an item is revealed during a search, patrons may dispose of the item or they may return the item to their vehicle. Lea County Event Center does not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type.

For your safety, once a person exits Lea County Event Center & Fairgrounds , re-entry is strictly prohibited.
There are restrooms located throughout the Lea County Event Center & Fairgrounds, located on all levels.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in all public areas at the Lea County Event Center & Fairgrounds including the arena and concourse. A designated outdoor smoking area is located on the Northwest side of the concourse.

Payments Accepted at the Box Office: The Box Office accepts all major credit cards and cash for ticket purchase.
Will Call Windows: The Will Call handles all last minute ticketing. Will Call tickets will be released only to the person whose name appeared on the ticket envelope. Guests may leave tickets at the Will Call window, however Lea County Event Center & Fairgrounds is not responsible for unclaimed tickets. Valid ID is required to pick up all tickets and passes. On purchased tickets the confirmation number and credit card used to purchase will also be required. For event specific Will Call information, please see our event calendar for instructions.
Refund/Exchange Policy: No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased for any event. Scalping or selling tickets at or near the Lea County Event Center & Fairgrounds is prohibited.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, customers need to contact the original point of purchase. The Lea County Event Center & Fairgrounds will do its best to replace the tickets, but re-issuance of a lost or stolen ticket is not guaranteed. If original tickets purchased can be verified, the Box Office will replace the ticket with a pass that will only be available at the Will Call Window. Valid ID required.
